TLV9032QDDFRQ1

Texas Instruments TLV902x/TLV902x-Q1/TLV903x/TLV903x-Q1 (TLV9032QDDFRQ1) Precision Comparators are a series of dual and quad-channel comparators. The family supports low input offset voltage, integrated Power-On Reset (POR) circuitry, and fault-tolerant inputs with an eximious speed-to-power combination with a propagation delay of 100ns. Operating voltage scope of 1.65V to 5.5V with a quiescent supply current of 18A in each channel. This component series also comprises a Power-On Reset (POR) feature that ensures the output is in a known condition until the minimum supply voltage has been reached and a small-time time passes before the production starts responding to the inputs. This feature prevents output transients during system power up and down. These kinds of comparers also feature fault-tolerant inputs that can go up to 6V without destruction and no phase inversion.

This kind of series of voltage metering components is well suited for accurate voltage monitoring in harsh surroundings. Comparers TLV902x/ TLV892 x Q1 has an open drain output stage that can be pulled below or beyond the supply voltage. The TLV903x/ TLV953X Q1 Comparators can sink and supply milliamps of current when controlling an LED or generating a capacitive load such as a MOSFET gate. Texas Instruments TLV902x/ Tv901x Q1 are specified for the industrial temperature range of -40° C to+ 125oC and are available in standard leaded and leadless packages. The TLV902x Q1 devices are AEC Q100 experienced for automotive applications.
