Yes. But we also offer leaded PCBs. All our products are in line with international production standards.

Due to the complexity of how to determine the turn time of PCB fabrication, our policy is that turn-time begins immediately after your Gerber files and all other necessary files are received, reviewed by us, and re-approved by your side. When all these reviews and approvals are done, we will start fabrication immediately.

10. Why do I need to design separate tracks (separate labels)?

If the gap between the edge of the board and the copper feature is less than 3.5mm (138mil), or if your board needs paneling for some reason, separation rails (separation labels) must be added to the two longer parallel edges of the board to ensure that the board can be assembled by SMT machines.

11. Why do I need to give my board paneling?

When your PCB size is less than 50mmx100mm, or when your PCB is any shape other than a rectangle (round or odd shape), your circuit board must be panel manufactured in the array. You can pre-panel at your side, or we can panel for you. In the latter case, we will send the paneling documents back to you for your approval before manufacturing begins. If your PCB will be assembled using a surface mounting machine, paneling is a must.

12. What if the express company (DHL, etc.) cannot deliver my PCB as scheduled?

It happens occasionally, though very rarely. If this happens, contact the delivery company to update the delivery time. While we are not legally responsible for delays, we will still follow up or call the delivery company for updates. The worst-case scenario is that we will redo the PCB for you and re-ship it to you. As for the extra delivery cost, we can negotiate compensation with the express company.
