The main purpose of the inspection is to ensure that the PCB material and circuit fully meet the requirements of the design documents, without differences and open circuit; Ensure that the electronic components on the PCB are correctly assembled and there are no missing, wrong, reversed, poorly welded, damaged components, etc; To ensure that all electronic components on the PCB can be used normally. With the development of modern science and technology, the detection of circuit boards has also developed from the original manual detection to many automatic detection by machines and equipment, which not only liberates the labor force of manual detection, but also greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of detection.

 

  1. According to the requirements of the design documents, burn the designed program for the designated electronic components (mainly IC), that is, complete the software installation. To ensure that the entire circuit board can achieve certain specific functions.

 

After the above steps, according to the designed relevant board making documents, first make a PCB (bare board), and then assemble the electronic components purchased according to the BOM to the PCB (bare board) according to the board making documents. After testing to ensure that the hardware is correct, install the software program, and after testing to ensure that the relevant functions can be realized normally, basically complete a sound and usable circuit board from scratch.
