Semtech TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Suppressors are state-of-the-art devices designed to protect sensitive circuitry from electrical stress. These TVS Diodes and ESD Suppressors safeguard against damage or latch-up caused by Electrostatic Discharge, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electrical Fast Transients (EFT), lightning, Cable Discharge Events (CDE), and other destructive voltage transients. Semtech circuit protection devices feature low clamping voltage, low capacitance, and low leakage current. Semtech TVS and ESD Suppressors meet the industry's toughest transient immunity standards, including those of IEC, ETSI, Bellcore 1089, and FCC part 68.
